The following are the Terms and Conditions which you agree to when you register with Melbourne Dragons Futsal Club (MDFC). I give permission for the program staff to authorise emergency medical treatment, including calling an ambulance, in an emergency for my child and also to administer first aid if needed. I understand that there are inherent risks involved with participating in physical activity programs and hereby release and will indemnify the program organisers of any injury or loss suffered to my child whilst participating in the programs, including financial loss. I permit the program organisers to utilise images and video of my child for promotional or marketing use of their programs. I represent that I am at least 18 years of age, have read and understand the foregoing statement, and am competent to execute this agreement. All players must be financial before they can train/play. Fees are non-refundable. Make-up sessions may not be available. All players who enter tournaments or competitions representing the MDFC, must wear the club's apparel and no other Futsal or Football club's apparel can be worn during competition. The club has a zero tolerance towards violence, racial vilification, abusive behaviour, which includes swearing. Failure to comply with this policy will potentially result in immediate expulsion from the club with no fees refunded.
